The limitations of this CD version include:

The "keyword search" function doesn't work (since it uses the Web server at my hosting company).
The many external links throughout the site (including the Travelogue) will not work unless you are online at the time; they will probably try to get you to establish an internet connection, if you are not on-line.
The CD is not 'updatable'--it won't reflect later additions of new material, nor modifications/deletions of older articles.
The CD you get will be the version of the Tank at the close of the previous month (e.g., if I get your order on July 10th, you will get the CTT version from end-of-June)--at the latest..
It will STILL require a web-browser on the system, to be able to access the information.
